That's exactly what I am saying. You can charge daily, and as long as you have insurance, then you are not liable for injury if they sign a waiver. A waiver which your insurance company will produce for you.

The thing with that is that you gotta know the right people. There are few positions for your district, and a waiting list. I went down that road too. You'd be better off doing it on your own. Private facility, land, and insurance.

I've pretty much gave you all the information on what you need and how to go about it. There's only one legal way to get it done. I know you want to be bigger than what you have, but there needs to be land, insurance, sponsors, etc. to make anything happen. Unless you own the land, you're just riding coat tails. Kinda sucks, but dems da breaks.

They are expanding the the Burbank elementary school. They've been working on that for almost a year now.
